Financial Center Manager

Overview

We’re looking for financial center managers (FCMs) – those with a passion for operating as business owners, fostering a team environment and instilling a client-centric culture to make clients’ financial lives better. As part of the WTE team, FCMs benefit from personal coaching, clearly defined career paths, robust training programs, and ongoing development opportunities. FCMs report to the market leader and provide oversight of an assigned Financial Center (also known as branch location). They’re accountable for ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures and ensuring financial center employee responsibilities are completed with high quality to make sure we deliver exceptional client care.
 
We’ll help you

  • Get training and one-on-one mentorship from managers who are invested in your success. You’ll enroll in our Academy for Business to develop as a financial center manager.
  • Lead a team and operate as a business owner by observing and coaching the team and individual performance to collectively meet goals, establishing action plans as applicable.
  • Grow your network to maximize effectiveness in meeting client needs. Build relationships with teammates and specialists to assist clients with financial needs and/or problem resolution.
  • Confidently build relationships with clients. Gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ financial life priorities and connect them to WTE’s solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Continuously learn by using resources and technologies to optimize the client experience.
  • Provide education to clients. Inform and educate clients on how to conduct simple transactions through convenient banking and trading options that benefit them.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures through education of regulatory policies, employee and client safety procedures, and service delivery guidelines.

You’re a person who (required skills)

  • Has 5+ years’ experience building, leading, managing and coaching a team.
  • Can resolve problems independently and bring in others as needed.
  • Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable to results.
  • Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.

  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
 
Job Qualifications

  • You should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, businesses and show consistent sales performance.
  • You must have experience in covering the North America markets (preferably USA).
  • Recognized university degree.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products.
  • You exhibit strong interpersonal, communication skills and good at tele-consulting.
  • It is essential for candidates to be creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • You have the drive to succeed and is focused and disciplined to achieve sales quota and revenue.
  • Willing to travel for business.

Digital Marketing Manager, Global Enterprise Banking

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Enterprise Banking Division, responsible for lead generation strategy and execution for all digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, Affiliate, performance display, social etc.) as well as driving key digital transformation projects.    

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business goals and key priorities and
  • develop end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Bought, Owned & Earned media
  • manage digital transformation projects’ or new business IT initiatives’ rollout roadmap & workflow
  • Develop digital marketing scorecard and report on lead generation results, analyze digital marketing KPIs and optimize to ensure ROI is met
  • Test & learn new digital marketing tactics to develop best practice sharing
  • Track campaign performance with Google Analytics and work with the Analytics team to generate insights and provide recommendations
  • Understand Commercial Banking range of products and services and develop key positioning proposition
  • Manage & build up digital & social agencies partners in their understanding of B2B marketing
  • Evaluate digital solutions proposed by IT, vendors/partners and make necessary recommendations
  • Conduct/manage user acceptance test, develop rollout plans and complete implementation activities
  • Support smooth rollout of enhancements, manage pre and post-implementation activities, train frontline teams and develop processes with operations teams
  • Manage overall digital & project budget and demonstrate effective allocation

 

Requirements Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Interactive Digital Media
  • Min. 8 years of working experience
  • Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics,
  • Preferably with knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX
  • Familiar with internet and mobile technologies development and consumer trends
  • Proven experience in online/mobile banking product development and project management
  • Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis, and managing user testing
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Preferably with banking experience
  • Strong tenacity, flexible & resourceful to clear roadblocks and maturity to manage stakeholders & external agencies and partners
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Strong writing skills necessary.
